The contact form on the site does not store any information about you on the site or on your computer, but this information is sent to us by e-mail in order to follow up your request.

Our servers are hosted in the European Union (almost all in France, some abroad for redundancy). No data is exported outside the European Union.

Duration of storage of your data

For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can view, modify or delete their personal information at any time. The site managers can also view and modify this information.

In any case, you have the possibility of deleting all the information transmitted in the course of using the service.

We may also, at your request, delete all information related to your account (except for information needed for administrative and billing purposes, which we are required to retain).

Your rights to your data

If you have created an account, you may request to receive a file containing all the personal data we have about you, including the data you have provided to us. You may also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

How we protect your data

We make every effort to keep your information secure. All employees of our company are bound by confidentiality agreements. Our servers are kept up to date and we follow the “state of the art” in terms of security.

The card payment information that you could use to pay us is not stored in our system, the processing of these is ensured by our bank (Caisse d’épargne Hauts de France) and / or our payment partner (Paypal).

We do not know your password which is stored in encrypted form.

Procedures in case of data leakage

If, in spite of all our precautions, a data leakage was proven, we commit ourselves to contact you as soon as possible and to keep you informed of the origin of the problem, of the corrective measures applied and of the technical details which we have.
